Point Planet, Klaeok System - UPF and Rim forces reportly were involved in light skirmishes with Sathar elite infantry.
Overall, Landfleet has been locked in an uneasy stalemate with Sathar ground forces over the past several weeks, There has been no other sightings
of Sathar forces anywhere along the Frontier, so it is unknown how the Sathar infantry got to the Klaeok system or the reasons behind their attack.
Sathar confirmed kills remain stable at an estimated 13% of forces engaged. Landfleet is expected to ask High Command later today for permission to
begin selective orbital bombardment, provided scattered population centers can be evacuated. Other options involve moving an entire Landfleet Division
to search the areas where the Sathar have been operating. It is hoped that after the selective orbital bombardments, that existing forces can capture any
survivors.
