Outpost #1 - The star system where the Sathar were defeated 23 years ago
has now undergone another change, it has officially been renamed the Sanctuary moon.
The moon now orbits the Unity gas giant and both are in the Victory system.
The Grand Consul of the Council of Worlds, Brendon Harinov [Hm] led the renaming ceremony. Towards the end of the
ceremony, he announced a new monument would be built in honor of the fallen heros of
Sanctuary. The military veterans group, Liberty for All, applauded the gesture. They hope
to raise awares of verterans issues accross the Frontier.

The surprise announcment did nothing to calm the protesters at the event. Lead by the
radical Sacred Ground group, the protesters believe that the Federation has no business on
Sanctuary and should make it a monument to the thousands who died fighting the Sathar.
