Hellhound Expanding to a Starbase by Hound

Solaris, Whorl System - Hellhound is one of the oldest space structures in the Frontier. Throughout
it's history, it has undergone many expansions and improvements. It is now expanding to a
Starbase.
A Starbase is a new Spacefleet experiement to attempt to defend a planetary system better.
Using multiple installations place in the system, combined with a strong central location
for defense, Spacefleet hopes to be better able to protect a system from pirates, smugglers
and enemy forces.
