Race of Interstellar Nomads Arrive in the Rim by Brad

| Draxen |
Draxen, Capella System - Iguanoids are a race of interstellar nomads. Their home
planet was destroyed when a nearby star exploded and shifted their orbit.
Since that time,. the Iguanoid survivors have wandered the stars in search
of enlightenment. According to those who have encountered them, the
Iguanoids are a highly artistic, spritual people who are intensely curious
about other cultures.
Never encountered in bands larger than two (usually
a mated pair), scholars surmise that the Iguanoids are also a deeply
private and individualistic people. Iguanoids are introspective,
intuitive, friendly, and creative. Iguanoids are easy to get along with,
but as a race they prefer their solitude once they have exchanged knowledge
with others. The only exception to this is when an individual Iguanoid
discovers his "Spirit Muse." The Spirit Muse is a highly prized religious
figure to the individual Iguanoid, and an Iguanoid will do whatever is in
his power to make his Spirit Muse comfortable and happy. He will also
defend his Muse with his life, if necessary.
Iguanoid are tall, hulking lizard-like creatures with dark green/brown
scaled skin. Their eyes are protruding (like an iguana) and can rotate in
their sockets 360'. This gives them vision in all directions and makes it
practically impossible to surprise them.
